Standard Operation Guide
- We will check with you the issues on site. Please allow us to ask detailed questions to help you find the best suited professional to handle your case. The price will be quoted and agreed by you before our technicians go down for the required services.
- There will be times where we are unable to assess and provide an accurate price beforehand. Please understand that we require to conduct an on-site inspection first. There will be a service charge for inspection which will be waived if you engage us to carry out the servicing.
- In this digital age, we understand that you do not carry cash around all the time! Payment will be made through us directly via PayNow/PayLah and you will not be required to pass the money to the contractor. Hoot is committed to guarantee satisfaction for payments made through us.
